  This Zales has no in store jeweler. They told me it would take 3 weeks at most before my ring would be sized and delivered back to the store. After 5 weeks, I still did not get my Ring and received multiple different excuses. A sales person said because it was such a drastic size reduction it would take a while, just to hear the next week another salesperson say it had not been worked on. then another sales person said I have to consider how many rings they get sized while again another sales person said people who had brought their rings to get sized after me had already got theirs back. A manager looked into it for me and called three different times apologizing that it wouldn't be in again. I had enough and asked for a refund which they honored but even this sales associate requested I consider having a duplicate ring sent and resized. Considering all the hassle,I was not going through this ordeal again.
