  Literally was just there, walked in looking for something I actually needed. One of the reps looked at me like I had a third eye and didn’t even offer help even though she could clearly tell i was looking for something.. and the other one did the exact same. Neither one said hello at all and we’re very rude in my eyes.. just because I am not wearing makeup is no reason to look at me like I’m not worthy of customer service. Will not shop there ever again.

  I went there today 4:25 to 4:45, and was completely ignored by all the sales staff. I normally buy all my under garments from Victoria Secret. NEVER AGAIN!!!! (independence Mall) I was skipped over as a customer at least 4 times by different employees to wait on the other women who were there. I guess apparently I was not light enough or white enough to be waited on!!! I will tell everyone I know about this! I guess I will take my business else where!!! Signed ONE PISSED OFF WOMAN! I am giving one star only because I can not give you ZERO or better yet a NEGATIVE 5 STARS

  Aside from busy sales and peak holidays this store has a great selection compared to many other Victoria's Secret locations. I've shopped here forward and until recently the staff have also been outstanding. Unfortunately I had an exchange from an online order (2 times in the last 4 months) and the 1st time the employee at the register bad mouthed me to my brother without knowing he was with me. She also took my items that I had separate - keep and exchange and despite me telling her I wanted to keep some of the order she started automatically returning items after telling me to look in the store for the size in the bra that I was exchanging. She also kept 2 items (a self tanner and lip gloss)...as in they weren't exchanged or returned and they weren't given back but because the experience was so miserable I didn't realize until I got in the car and I was too embarrassed and upset to go back inside. The best shopping trip was great and as always when I have good customer service I complemented the staff to management and even called the corporate office to thank them. Then I had another exchange on a third trip...long story shorter 1 of the items was not able to be exchanged or returned but instead of telling me so I could keep it and give it to someone the lady took it and said there was no value and when I said "I wish I'd have known because although embarrassing, I'd have kept it" (I let my little sister use my card at times so it was a free item with purchase and I didn't know) She said too bad that it was "processed" (without asking/telling me) and it was disappointing. The other item was an even exchange of a body lotion scent that was unused but not the fragrance I use. The online receipt wouldn't scan and she said it was too long to enter it in and if she did it without a receipt I'd only get 25%of the price I paid- But the receipt was there with the price I paid! Ugh...venting because I don't have the mind to tell the store...maybe someone will read this that works there and address the employees so it doesn't happen again.
