  I took a lot of jewelry in to have it cleaned. Some of the chains tangled in transit. As I was trying to untangle them, Nikki said she would untangle them before she cleaned them. And she said they would be ready in a few days. When I went in to pick up my jewelry, Mr Snowden assisted me. The fee for service was extremely reasonable. For sure, I will shop there in the future.

  Went in on my day off (yoga pants and an athletic shirt) I got glared at when I walked in but was helped by a nice gentleman. Then was told an estimate to resize my wedding band an engagement ring, would be almost $$340... I was very skeptical and made a phone call before leaving. I was told not to leave my rings there, for that price. I took my business to a jeweler elsewhere and was only charged $89.00. I was absolutely blown away that they told me I wouldn't find a place to do it for cheaper, and I found someone to do it for almost 75% cheaper. :( do not be taken advantage of.
