  Our frig, washer & dryer were suppose to arrive on October 10th and were delayed until the 19th. We were patient. The delivery guys came today. Our frig moves every time we go to open the freezer drawer and we can not get any water to come out of the dispenser. After calling Sears we were routed to 5 different technicians before we were routed to the delivery/installation department and spoke to Jacob and Justin. We were told that the soonest they could help us would be November 9th. We are hoping they will find a time for us this Saturday when they will be in our area. Or "maybe" sometime next week they said. They were not willing to make time for us in their schedule to complete the installation properly. Sears, your customer service is severely lacking. Communication with the phone agents is difficult as it seems they are responding via a script. Ironically, there is an app that has shown up on my phone called "GetHuman" from Sears asking me how my experience with Sears has been. Hmmmm. I wonder if they have humans actually read the survey responses? Yes, I gave them some polite feedback.
