  Not the way to start your morning. I was walking my dogs when the old lady that leases a shop " A Proper Garden" in Wilmington rolled up in her SUV and just sat there in front of the shop. As soon as we got close to her she opened the car door into my leg. Broke the skin and caused a bruise. I was in shock, she was in orbit totally unwound, unstable. I had heard that she is Bipolar and does not take her meds. That does make sense. Sooooooo shoppers beware if you shop here you may want to ware a body suit . I would have given her a minus star but that wasn't an option. Safe shopping.

  When I visit Wilmington, I always stop at the Proper Garden because it is a beautiful shop with unique home and garden gifts. The owner has a great eye and is dedicated to Wilmington and her customers.
