  Amazing customer service! Highly recommend this pawn shop above all the ones in Wilmington! My husband had bought me a ring for Christmas that was too big and the manager let us exchange it for another one that was the right size even though they usually don't allow this since it had already left the store. Her and her staff truly go above and beyond to make their customers happy! Thank you!!

  Knowing what to expect walking into a pawn shop, I had a terrific first experience with Picasso Pawn. Went in for a loan and had realistic expectations. As this isn't something I have a lot of experience with, they were absolutely terrific. I was treated respectfully, honestly, and actually enjoyed my conversation with them! Prior to visiting their shop, I went to Pawn South to see what they were willing to loan. Although I don't blame a guy for eating a sub sandwich, the oil from his fingers was getting on my mint condition hand guns. He was respectful and most importantly, I felt he was honest with me, but Picasso Pawn offered me $50 more and didn't get sub sandwich oil on my weapons.
