  My mom bought me expensive champagne glasses for Christmas explaining to the sales girl there that I lived outside of town and would not be getting the present until mid January or later. She said that it was no problem and that we could bring them back and exchange them if I didn’t like them. When we tried to exchange them for rocks glasses, we were told that we could only have returned them or exchanged them four days after the initial purchase even though they were still selling the exact same champagne glasses. Needless to say, we will not be purchasing anything there again.
