I talked with the technician and owner. Neither of them think it is a problem. I’ve tried to post a picture of it here, but unsuccessful. It is absolutely horrifying. They are telling me this is perfectly normal. I have switched to a company that appears more concerned for the safety of my children & pets. Beware.
