  Because I am quite literal, I failed to confirm an appointment. I really needed a pest treatment as we found a (thankfully not alive) roach outside of our daughter's bedroom. Upon clearing up the confusion for me, Integrated Pest Management was able to schedule service for me within 24 hours. It is clear this company is willing to do what it takes to keep customers happy. As a new mom who chooses only eco friendly products and wants a safe home for her family, I am grateful.

  Understanding that we live in an area that has snakes. After calling about the snakes, we were assured that we would NOT see another snake. Not even a week later there was a copperhead in the backyard. So much for not seeing another snake.
