  I am having the same experience as many of the reviewers here...This company had a wonderful sales rep that made a great pitch to me, when he came by soliciting in my neighborhood. I had a few ants, so I thought I'd give them a try. After an initial treatment which was decent..as in, the worker spent a good amount of time outside and in and was fairly thorough, the follow up treatments were 5-10 minutes at most, and all they accomplished was creating a mess under my cabinets of pesticide strewn about. I was fairly unhappy with the service in general, didnt feel like it was worth the money, and tried to cancel my remaining visits. They gave me the "you are under contract, and will incur a $200 cancellation charge" routine. If i have to pay it, i would just to be rid of this company. Shame on me for trusting a company to treat somebody well i guess.

  Insight Pest Solutions has been great. They come out every quarter right on time and deweb around the entire house, spray and set out granules. Since they have been coming to my house I have not had any pest issues, plus they got rid of the moles in my backyard. They are always polite, friendly and knowledgeable if I have any questions.
