  Y'all wonder why they always have a "now hiring" sign up? Well I can tell you. This lovely home depot expects a grown man to live off of 12-18 hours a week, making $11/hr NOBODY who has bills should be expected to work this way. My fiance worked here for 9 months after being told he would have full time in the matter of 5 months tops. They kept making excuses for why he wasn't getting full time, even went as far as "interviewing skills." When he said he wanted weekends off, because they would literally work him all weekend and then give him 3 days in a row off during the week, they told him they would have to cut his hours.. Guess what? They cut his hours and STILL never gave him weekends off. So he finally had to make the hard decision to leave... He really did love this place, but financially it wasn't worth it. I'm just putting this out there for anyone who applies who thinks they can exceed, if you are an adult who has bills, you'll regret it. Oh and also when he did work there, anytime I would come in, NONE of the employees would ever be friendly, and ask if I needed any help finding anything/how I was doing... Its common knowledge if you work in a store like this to ask, not act like the costumer doesn't exist. Sorry not bashing you guys but considering you have 2-3 years of bad reviews and very few good, I think it all narrows down to the managers and how they treat their employees...
