  DO NOT SHOP HERE! My husband and I decided to get our little girl a Nitendo 3DS here for Christmas. We took the suggestions of the salesman and he suggested this device. We let her open it on Christmas day and she literally never played with it Christmas day as she already has the app of the game they sold usthe RECIEPT SAID WE HAD UNTIL JANUARY 15 TO RETURN IT! SHE NEVER OPENED OR PLAYED WITH IT! We thought we would return it no problem. WRONG! The salesman OPENED it to show my husband the color of the system because the one he was looking at was black. Saying that this one was prettier for a girl! We have never had such a hard time with returns. We very rarely have ever had to but save yourself the trouble and go to Best Buy! They not only would not refund our money but didn't even offer a store credit! The salesman knew by opening it We could not return it! But yeah they'll buy it back for 1/2 the price and mark it up to con the next trusting customer!
