  An amazing place. They pretend like they want your business, but based on their behavior, they clearly do not. It's a theme in their reviews. They are horrible. The straw that broke the camel's back today was when I had an appointment with their salesman at their store on Gordon road. When he didn't show up at the appointed time, the receptionist called him and he said that he was busy. Someone else would meet with me. And oh by the way she was at lunch and I'd have to wait 40 minutes for her. Really!? The salesman was so rude that he didn't call me and tell me he couldn't make it. Evidently I am of no importance to him. I guess he didn't want my business. How do they stay in business? I highly recommend no one go there for anything. They are useless.

  They don't seem to want any business. The office staff consists of Felicia and Dottie, and neither of them can get a single thing done in even a six month period. Lazy, disorganized, and unprofessional.
