  I have been a customer of Coastal Sewing & Appliance for several years - and the reason I have been is because of the exceptional customer service. They stand behind their products and are always available for help, advice, and problem solving - even over the phone or if you don't buy something. I will shop there, even for some things I can get a little cheaper somewhere else, because of their awesome support! They are ALL friendly, knowledgeable (if they don't know the answer, they'll find out), and willing to help. And Debbie rocks (she spent a lot of time with me to help me figure out how to do a special project, and is always willing to answer my many questions) !!
