  This location is awesome! I was in dire need of connecting to wifi as my Mac book was malfunctioning and not connecting. I needed to work that day and they fixed it right up for free in about 15 min. one of my best customer service experiences ever. Roco is the man!

  Before arriving to CityMac, I had talked with Kelly who gave me the options for the MacBook I was considering. She was extremely kind and very helpful in explaining the difference between the two computers I was considering. The conversation was helpful and a great example of customer service, where the employee had a great deal of knowledge on the product(s), that retail companies lack these days. Once arriving, Kelly assisted me in the purchase. She was efficient and very detailed at the same time. Explaining the ins and outs of the computer. She went through multiple hoops to guarantee I walked home that evening with a computer. All in all, CityMac has a knowledgeable team and great customer service. Kelly herself is a valuable asset to the company and I couldn't have asked for a better experience thanks to her!
