I receive a 2TB drive in the mail and immediately contacted the seller. After to days time I was sent a return label with no explanation. I replied by asking what happen to my order and if I would ever receive the drive I order. No explanation was given. The communication from costumer service was very poor. They never answered my questions, and are slow to respond.
